Installation Quality Control

Every Phase Documented.
Scored. Reviewed.

Prime Microgrid uses a proprietary AI-enabled installation platform to coordinate and quality-check residential microgrid projects throughout the 48 contiguous United States. Installation teams document each project phase with images. The platform evaluates the submitted work, calculates a quality score and requires a minimum 90% score before the project can proceed to the next phase.

AI-Assisted Review and Reporting

At project completion, the platform performs an AI-assisted review against the applicable National Electrical Code requirements configured for the project. It then generates an inspector-facing report containing tagged installation images, completed checkpoints and identified compliance items.

Installation Workflow

Four Controlled Steps

01

Document

Installation teams capture images and required project documentation as each phase is completed.

02

Evaluate

The platform reviews submitted evidence against the requirements and quality checkpoints assigned to that project phase.

03

Score and Gate

Each phase receives an internal quality score. A minimum score of 90% is required before the project can advance.

04

Prepare for Inspection

The completed project receives an AI-assisted code review and an inspector-facing report containing tagged images, project checkpoints and identified compliance items.

Quality Control, Not Microgrid Control

This installation-management platform documents and reviews project work. It is separate from the intelligent controls that operate an installed customer microgrid.

The Prime Microgrid platform supports internal quality control and inspection readiness. Final code interpretation, inspection and approval remain subject to the applicable adopted code, local amendments and the Authority Having Jurisdiction.

The platform does not replace a licensed electrician, engineer or electrical inspector, and an internal score does not guarantee inspection approval.
