Client Confidentiality

Private Infrastructure Requires Private Service

Prime Microgrid designs residential microgrids and private energy infrastructure for homes, estates, rural properties, coastal homes, and resilience-focused homeowners. Professional discretion is built into the design, installation, commissioning, and service process.

Information We Protect

System generation capacity, battery reserves, backup-generation equipment, electrical architecture, energy-management systems, and equipment locations can be sensitive. Prime Microgrid does not publish the following without client permission:

  • Client names
  • Exact addresses
  • Recognizable property photographs
  • Detailed electrical schematics
  • Battery or generator locations
  • Security-sensitive system information
  • Detailed backup-power capabilities

Technical Authority Without Client Exposure

When appropriate, Prime Microgrid may publish anonymized educational case studies and generalized technical project information. These materials can explain approximate solar and battery capacity, generator integration, critical-load strategy, whole-home backup objectives, system design considerations, and general regions without exposing client identity or security-sensitive property details.
